24/7 Crisis Intervention & Support

Daily Reassurance Calls to Seniors

Telecare Phone Friends is a free telephone reassurance service for homebound people throughout San Luis Obispo County. It is one of 211 SLO Hotline’s Senior Services.

Online Resource Database

Our Resource Database includes information on more than 500 agencies and programs, with a primary focus on health and social services offered by agencies and organizations located in San Luis Obispo County. The contents of the database allow the Phone Center to provide immediate information and referrals to callers. The information in the database also appears on the 211 SLO Hotline website and is used to create our annual Human Services Directory.

Human Services Directory

We maintain the only comprehensive database of county-wide information on human service agencies and support groups, and annually distribute printed copies of our Human Services Directory to businesses, schools, health and human service agencies, as well as government agencies.

After Hours Contact for Crisis Shelters

Hotline also serves as the after-hours contact for two women's shelters, the homeless shelter, and many private therapists. It is a valuable resource for government and social service agencies.
