How to Add Your Agency

To be included in the 211 SLO Hotline Resource Database, please read the Database Inclusion Packet. If your agency/program fits the criteria for inclusion, please complete the packet, attach all necessary and/or required documentation, and submit via mail, fax or email to:

If the application meets the inclusion criteria, all required documentation has been submitted, once verified, a standard record will be created based on information provided by the agency in accordance with the Resource Database style guidelines.

Database Inclusion/Exclusion Policy

Although this policy indicates what agencies and services are eligible for inclusion in the database, 211 SLO Hotline reserves the right to prioritize and limit entry. Inclusion does not imply endorsement and omission does not indicate disapproval.

Information provided by organizations and individual service providers that is included in the 211 SLO Hotline database may be made available to the general public in various formats, including telephone information and referrals, an online searchable database of services, and printed materials.
