We were blessed for twenty years with Frankie’s presence on our roster of Hotliners. During those years she embodied the essence of the good helper: empathy, patience, flexibility, persistence and creativity.

Despite assorted physical ills over the years, she remained undaunted in her desire to be helpful. She faithfully served on the line when she wasn’t traveling or visiting with family, gladly taking on extra hours whenever she was able.

Her life experiences, travels and readings infused her attentiveness to others. She willingly, humbly and gracefully shared her wisdom and compassion.

Never shy about speaking up if she saw something that could be improved, she made and helped implement many constructive suggestions for the agency, always in the spirit of teamwork.

Frankie always placed her family at the center of her life. We in San Luis Obispo County and at HOTLINE were fortunate to be a part of her community family. She wanted to be remembered as a “loyal friend and a snappy dresser!”
